Chris Frerecks
Partner [Focus: Management, Marketing & Sales]

Chris has a 15-year background serving primarily as a consultant in the areas of entrepreneurial management, sales, and
business development. With vast Fortune 500 exposure and contacts, he is uniquely skilled in the development of new
technology markets, with emerging products and services, and in managing complex client relationships. Since achieving
‘youngest V.P. status in the history of an established Northeastern Financial Services Firm’ at age 26, he has pursued
nothing less than the most challenging technology markets. Chris has had the keen foresight to position himself on the
leading edge of emerging technology markets including early web-based advertising (Wired, Jim Cramer’s TheStreet.com &
CBS MW), content distribution (TheStreet.com), sophisticated cross media advertising programs (CBS & MPT),
business-class blogging solutions (Directory Xpress/ MyInfoPage, Real Estate Blogsites & Kinetic Knowledge), blog and
chat room data- mining (Umbria), blog community creation (Directory Xpress/ MyInfoPage) and project communication
management (Kinetic Knowledge.)

In early 2003, Chris co-founded a community portal for business blogging enterprise. There, he developed an early-stage
and active-65 business blog community, with over 450 registered feed subscribers. He continues to operate a small
promotional marketing company, which manages outdoor initiatives in the Rocky Mountains for Fortune 100 brands such as
Toyota. Chris has a degree in Political Science/ Economics from the University of Maryland. He was born in Brooklyn NY,
grew up in Westfield NJ and currently lives in Avon and Denver, Colorado. Aside from a focus on operating Kinetic
Knowledge, Chris spends the balance of his time with family, good friends, and his beloved dog and yet he somehow still
finds some time to go surfing with friends from back East.

Kristen Veraldi
Partner [Focus: Operations, Management & Client Services]

Kristen Veraldi has been working with online real estate marketing and technology applications for over 10 years. She
has served alongside Google panelists as a blogging technology expert for NAR, FAR, The Association Executive's
Institute, and Real Living Corporate. After leaving behind thoughts of a future in engineering, Kristen began her career
in real estate marketing for a boutique real estate company in Vail, Colorado. She helped them reach new heights in the
realm of technology - from a lead generating community website ten years ago to one of the first functional real estate
blogsites started in the industry.

Kristen has a master’s degree in business administration from Denver University’s Daniels College of Business and a
degree in physics from Colgate University. She has evolved and grown with technology from a very young age and is an
active proponent of the new and evolving Web 2.0 and the age of free information. She is a blogger and an educator on
emerging real estate technologies. Kristen lives in Eagle-Vail, Colorado, with her husband Angelo and their menagerie of
animals. Most of her days are spent keeping up to speed with Kinetic Knowledge clients and educating as many people as
she can about the benefits of content creation and management on the web.
